Whether you're just starting your journey of self-discovery or seeking reflection and growth, our sessions provide an opportunity to delve into your current situation and struggles.  You will be able to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviour patterns.  I use various counselling techniques within the sessions.


  1. Person-Centered: Placing you at the core of your healing journey, we create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself freely. By understanding your unique perspective, we empower you to tap into your inner resources and chart your path towards well-being.
  2. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This practical approach examines the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we identify and transform unhelpful thinking patterns, discovering healthier coping mechanisms for life's challenges.
  3. Psychodynamic: By exploring the links between past experiences and present emotions, we gain insights into unconscious patterns that influence your life. Recognizing the impact of early life experiences, we uncover deeper connections to foster healing and growth.
  4. Mindfulness: Embracing the present moment without judgment, mindfulness enhances awareness of thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. Practicing mindfulness equips you with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotions more effectively.

Long-Term Exploration: For those seeking a more in-depth exploration of deeply rooted issues or ongoing personal growth, our open-ended, long-term therapy offers a supportive space for sustained healing and transformation. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we'll work together to uncover underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotions, fostering insight and resilience as you navigate life's complexities.


Short Programs: Sometimes, you may have a specific issue or goal in mind that requires targeted support. Our 3-session programs are designed to address singular challenges or work towards achieving specific objectives. Whether it's managing anxiety related to a particular event, enhancing communication skills, or overcoming obstacles to personal fulfillment, these focused programs offer practical tools and strategies to help you navigate your journey with confidence.


No matter which therapy option you choose, our commitment remains the same: to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself.  Our focus is solely on understanding you, without judgment or advice. We're here to listen and support you on your journey towards inner peace and well-being.



Fees

£65 per 50-minute session - these sessions can be booked on a weekly/fortnightly bases
